We have implemented the following protocols for Covid-19

  • All of our team members are scrubbing in and using hand sanitizer.

  • All of our team members are having their temperature checked.

  • All of our team members are wearing masks.

  • Clinical team members are wearing additional personal protective equipment including gloves, protetctive eye-wear and special clothes that are cleaned each day and not worn home.

  • Patients will continue to be provided safety glasses for eye protection during dental procedures.

  • We will be seeing one patient at a time to give you a more personal experience. We want your experience a quiet and calm atmosphere during your appointment.

  • We are monitoring and wiping down commonly touched areas of the practice such as the reception area and bathroom with hospital grade disinfectant that kills corona virus on contact. We have installed clear plastic protective barriers in the reception area of the practice to enhance your safety.

The following everyday protocols still occur:

  • Washing our hands thoroughly and using hand sanitizers between every patient appointment.

  • Protective barrier tape over objects in treatment rooms we touch frequently but can’t sterilize such as light handles, switches and chair buttons changed after each patient visit.

  • Disposable headrest covers changed after each patient visit.

  • All dental instruments are sterilized under hospital grade steam under pressure sterilization.

  • Practice sterilizers are under weekly spore testing monitoring monitored by third party.

  • Sterilization packaging has color coded branding to ensure complete sterilization between cycles.

  • All sterilization packages are opened and all disposables are placed in your presence.

  • All disposables we use are single use items such as prophy cups, water cups and suction tips.

  • Disinfectants are applied to counter tops and dental chairs after each dental appointment.
